1. Wagyu Spring Sale on May 20th 2017

Saturday, May 20th 2017 the first Wagyu Spring Sale will take place at the Hof Holtmann. (invitation flyer, pdf-file, sale catalog, pdf-file)

On sale are about 35 top Wagyu females as well as some special pregnancies, breeding bulls and also Red Wagyus. All animals on sale are tested free of recessives! The animals are sired by some of the best sires of the original Japanese and international Wagyu population, like Hirshigetayasu, Michifuku, Kikuyasu 400, Beijirou and others. They come from the top families of the breed, with a number of them imported from USA, from herds like Crescent Harbor in Washington State (Ralph Valdez), Clear Creek in Florida and Baycroft in Wisconsin.

2. European Wagyu Gala on September 9th/10th 2016
in Münster, Germany
The second Fullblood Wagyu Sale in Europe.

The 2nd Wagyu Gala in Münster-Albachten is over. Wonderful weather, nice visitors, a superb atmosphere made this auction a very succesfull event.

The females were sold for 11.000 EUR as the average price, the buyer came from as much a eight countries.

Chance to view the sale animals. The location of the sale is the farm Holtmann in Münster-Albachten, Ventrup 60.

Pedigree reader Ralph Valdez (President of the American Wagyu Association) from USA will be present to answer questions about the sale animals and pedigrees.

Coffee and cakes are being served.

Wagyu Gala Evening at the farm Holtmann in Münster- Albachten. For all lovers of the Wagyu cattle and its unique quality beef. There will be a show program with TV Chef Björn Freitag, cook of the Schalke 04 Soccer Team, and TV moderator Harry Wijnvoord.

During the day there will be various activities like cooking demonstrations, expert talk with German TV cook Björn Freitag, Ludwig "Lucki" Maurer beer tasting, wine tasting etc.

Sale auctioneer Andreas Aebi from Switzerland and Pedigree Readers Ralph Valdez, Crescent Harbor Ranch, USA, and Dr. Hubertus Diers, WWS Germany, will be present to answer any questions you have.

Selling will be around 45 lots of which 30 will be female Wagyu animals for breeding. Others will be a few top pedigree breeding bulls and some high profile pregnancies and embryos.

All animals are 100% Fullblood Wagyus, a high percentage of them imported from overseas, and all tested free of all recessives.
